Just finished our first ever week long yoga retreat in the countryside of Czech Republic. It was so beautiful, I would like to thank everyone who came and shared their sweat, energy and especially their willingness. It was such a loving and fun group. We swam, we yoga- ed, we danced our asses off, we laughed, we played, we ate family style outside everyday, we trampolined, hiked, played games, fire pitted, and had a overall amazing time. Huge thanks to Jakub Volák and Vaclav Horak for making it all happen!
