In addition to appearing on stage Friday, Hudson will lead two classes: Yoga and her Emotional Healing Talk. This year, she will also lead Free-Form Movement, a moving meditation (some may see it as dance, but it’s more than that).

Descriptions of Hudson’s classes
YOGA – Friday
Join Hudson for a restorative yoga class on FRIDAY (Time TBD). Hudson says, “Class is suitable for everyone, even beginners. A two-hour yoga workshop where one can learn the fundamentals of poses, postures, breath work and focus. To become more flexible and mobile, gain strength and endurance. When one slows down and is willing to move and stretch to breathe more deeply, the after-effects are profound. I personally find it to be the most loving thing one can do for oneself. Learn how to care for this body. All body types, all ages, and abilities are welcome.“
Please bring a yoga mat, towel, and water, and wear loose clothing.
EMOTIONAL HEALING TALK – Saturday
Join Hudson Saturday morning (Time TBD) for this special class. This is how Hudson describes it:
“Being a part of this show changed my life in many ways. It saved my life. It was incredibly hard sometimes, so much I didn’t want to go back. And at times so joy-filled playing such a freedom loving insane sick being! I learned incredible lessons of showing up no matter what and doing my best. Playing the role of Callisto started the process of my healing. We may not know how to change our way of processing emotions so that we can experience them in a more authentic and therefore positive way. Rather than struggling against our human emotions, let me show you ways we can allow and embrace our feelings as they come up. We can experience a natural unfolding, rather than a heated reaction born out of habit and fear.”
“During this talk I will be sharing knowledge and tools on how to take care of your emotions – based on my personal experience – to find peace in the midst of reaction, to aid and coming back to self. You are worth healing, and you are the only one that can do it. However, this does not mean that you have to do it alone. Take a step with me toward healing and wellbeing. It will be a safe, clear, kind and loving environment.”
FREE FORM MOVEMENT – the Day will be revealed by Creation ASAP
The practice of 5Rhythms dancing, which is often described as moving meditation, was created in the late 1960s by Gabrielle Roth, who distinguished five rhythms common to all humans…. FLOW, STACCATO, CHAOS, LYRICAL, STILLNESS
When she combined these rhythms together, Gabrielle Roth discovered they can liberate the creative spirit inside each of us, regardless of our body type, age, or ability. There are no specific steps to learn, no choreography to memorize, and, most importantly, no way to do it wrong.
In dancing the 5Rhythms, Gabrielle said, “They initiate us back into the wisdom of our bodies and unleash movement’s dynamic healing power.” (Day TBD)
