Hudson and Star Events are tentatively planning to have another retreat in the Czech Republic this year in December.

 

 A message from Hudson:

You are cordially invited to attend an early Christmas-y yoga retreat in Czech Republic. What could be a better gift for and to yourself? A time and place to unwind during all the holiday madness.

Early morning and late afternoon fluid, opening, energizing, and life affirming yoga
classes. These will help us sweat, ground, and deeply relax. There will also be chanting and learning how to meditate.
3… yep 3 dance nights. Toasting ourselves by a great fire in our mansion, in the middle of nowhere, while peacocks “sing” in the tree tops.
Here is some of my ideas for wonderful winter yoga retreat:
Build snowmen, have snowball fights…  and possibly go ice skating?
Hike to a new castle and church in the brisk, cold, fresh, air. Sing songs while we have an outside bon fire, roasting something delicious and sweet on sticks. Sip healthy hot chocolate around our pagan Christmas tree. Enjoy a white elephant gift exchange (bring 1 gift (under a certain amount) for one person so everyone ends up with a gift), more charades, more laughing, more eating, more chanting, more growing, more love,  and more and more learning about yourself.
Also, we are open to any suggestions that could make this winter wonderland yoga retreat even better.
